About 
FULLDOME OnDemand has been streaming quality fulldome content to theaters around the world since 2015. Now, we are pleased to expand our service through a new, limited-time, On Demand program called DOME SHOWS AT HOME. It aims to provide our popular movies direct to virtual visitors, home-learners, and science-curious families — in short, your audiences. The idea is simple: we partner with your facility to stream selected shows directly to your patrons. A portion of the revenues generated by DOME SHOWS AT HOME will be shared with our program partners. A win-win for all of us!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
We are happy to partner with dome theaters of all kinds in schools, museums, science centers, and traveling portables in this FULLDOME OnDemand venture. What if you don't have a dome, but are involved in outreach and education? No problem. If you are viewing this invitation, you're welcome to join us.
THE SHOWS
For this DOME SHOWS AT HOME program, we've reformatted our movies from dome format into flat-screen HD, to display on computer screens, smartphones, and even cast to in-home TVs. Our family-friendly movies will take your audiences around our home planet and across the light-years of space — to awesome and beautiful cosmic depths. These videos are our perennially popular titles, most never before offered for in-home viewing. The subjects feature the oceans of Earth, the sands of Mars, the clouds of Venus, space exploration, astronomical history, and even cartoons. You can choose as few or as many titles you want to offer from our available shows list. You can promote these as a special, limited-time offer and use the shows to maintain contact with your audiences during this time of pandemic.
HOW IT WORKS
FULLDOME OnDemand will create a unique web link (URL) to a customized portal page made just for you, and include your theater or institutional logo, if you provide it (see this example). The page will contain links to the available shows through our FULLDOME OnDemand e-commerce platform, where our videos can be rented for $3 each, exclusively through our program. Once everything is set up, all you have to do is promote these On Demand shows using the custom link we provide you. Create a Web page on your own site, linking to your custom portal. Include the link when you describe the program in your members newsletters. Let people know about the program in your social media posts. The program can be as successful as you make it!

We know during these difficult times, schools, museums, science centers, and other institutions are reaching out in any way they can to maintain contact with patrons and students. Some of our clients have created innovative programming to teach and share science through at-home star talks; teachers are adapting school curricula to home-based activities. Astronomy enthusiasts are sharing the sky through Tik-Toks, Instagrams, blogs, and other social media. And at home, families are eagerly searching for meaningful content. While we've had great success streaming fulldome shows to domes over the past half-decade, if your patrons can't come into your dome, we think they will welcome the chance to see these dome shows at home. Through the DOME SHOWS AT HOME program, our FULLDOME OnDemand service can make our collaboration a success both educationally and financially.
We don't know when your domes will be fully open to the public again, to share the night skies and fulldome videos with your audiences. Until then, this initiative aims to provide awe-inspiring content directly to your 'off-campus' supporters during a challenging time.

We want to help our afflicted customers who have been so dramatically affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Many theaters are closed, but even those that are trying to stay open can't bring in the audience numbers they used to. They're struggling financially; it follows that we're in a similar struggle. This is our way of offering a hand to our colleagues in need.
It's basically the average cost of a planetarium show ticket, if people were able to buy them at your box office. It's also the average price of a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix. In short, it's what people are used to paying to see a show already. Affordable? Absolutely!
Currently, our video streaming service doesn't offer rental options less than a 3-day period.
Piracy has been around since long before FULLDOME OnDemand came into existence. Pirates are going to find a way to pirate, no matter what we do. 
We think Spotify may be spot-on with their philosophy of "Why pirate when you can afford to stream legally, and the creatives get paid?"
They're limited-time (72 hours), short-term streaming rentals. They're basically what people are used to paying anyway, when they see them in your dome theater.
These are rectangular HD movies, 1920x1080 pixels in size. They're not the immersive 360° fisheyes you're used to projecting on your dome at high resolution.
Watching a flat-screen movie — in your hand on a smartphone, or in front of you on laptop, desktop monitor or even a TV — isn't the same unique experience you can provide showing audiences fulldome movies on your dome. But until that time comes around again...
That's up to your skills at promotion!
Our video hosting company (currently Vimeo OTT) keeps a small percentage of the rental price off the top of each rental. Currently, that's 10% + $.50 per transaction. So for a $3 rental, they take 80 cents. They send the rest to us the following month. We'll split off 25% for you — 55 cents per rental. We'll pay you after we get paid — monthly, if there is at least $10 in your payable account, or we'll accumulate it until there is.
FULLDOME OnDemand has been reporting and paying producers in this manner each and every month since we started. We'll send program partners money via ACH direct deposit, PayPal, or check.
