We’re into year five of streaming movies with FULLDOME OnDemand, and with 2019 in the rear view mirror, here’s our annual year-end performance review.
The good news: we rented more than one thousand fulldome shows in 2019! Woo-hoo!
Our tally of the most popular show titles welcomed California Academy of Sciences with three shows appearing for the first time in the Top Ten, and one from Houston Museum of Natural Science. Here’s the tally:

1. Dawn of the Space Age. No surprise here, 2019 being the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. But our business relationship with Mirage3D terminated; we no longer offer their shows.
Of course, some producers offer multiple show titles — and in the aggregate, their shows rack up some impressive counts:

Last year, 174 unique customers logged in to rent shows. We rented more than a thousand shows overall, nearly three per day on average. 84% of the titles went to U.S. customers; 16% went to customers in 30 other countries. Loch Ness Productions-created shows made up 14% of the total.
FULLDOME OnDemand added 13 fulldome movies in 2019, five of those in languages other than English. And we introduced 2K fisheye streaming and week-long rentals for LNP shows.
